ZOOM WORKSHOP FAQ's
HOW WILL I ACCESS THE WORKSHOP?
After purchasing the zoom workshop, please allow up to 12 hours during which our support team will send you an email containing all the relevant information and preparation you will require for the zoom workshop, including when you will receive your ID and link to join the zoom meeting (usually, 5 days prior to the event date).
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ZOOM WORKSHOP?
Included in this workshop is 2 days of 5 hours per day of teaching. It also includes at the end of day 2, access to our online diploma training course. (365 days).
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ZOOM WORKSHOP?
To participate in this zoom workshop you are required to have your own personal computer, laptop, or phone with a camera and microphone. This is an interactive workshop with different media used throughout the session.
CAN I TEST MY CONNECTION BEFORE THE ZOOM WORKSHOP BEGINS?
Yes. You will be able to access the zoom workshop meeting one hour prior to the event commencing to test your connection, audio microphone and video. Login link for the workshop will be provided closer to the workshop date
IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO LEARN ABOUT NATURAL HEALING TECHNIQUES?
No prior experience is necessary to learn or train on any of our workshops or courses. Anyone over the age of 18 can learn these simple, powerful, and effective natural healing techniques.
WHAT IS THE ACCREDITATION?
We are an approved training provider and all our courses are registered with the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) and with CMA (Complementary Medical Association), which is internationally recognized as the leading organization in professional, ethical complementary medicine by professional practitioners, therapists, and the public in general.
IS ALL MY INFORMATION PRIVATE?
Yes, all the information provided by you is completely private and secure.
DO I NEED TO HAVE SOUND HEALING INSTRUMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SOUND WORKSHOP?
No. This workshop will be demonstrating different sound healing instruments plus advising how to select the most suitable instruments for you to purchase. However, if you already possess sound healing instruments, we encourage you to use them during this workshop. If you would like to have some instruments for the workshop, here are some links to where you can purchase instruments.
DO I NEED TO HAVE ANYTHING SPECIFIC TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BIO ENERGY WORKSHOP?
No. You can participate in the bio energy workshop without needing anything extra. This workshop will be demonstrating how to feel and sense energy in your hands and in the body’s energy field and how to apply energy healing techniques to boost the immune system and help the body’s natural inner healing process for many health concerns.
CAN I EMAIL QUESTIONS TO THE TUTOR PRIOR TO THE ZOOM WORKSHOP?
Yes. We encourage you to email us with any questions prior to the workshop, so that we can prepare comprehensive and satisfactory answers to all your questions.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ASK A QUESTION DURING THE ZOOM WORKSHOP?
Yes. We encourage questions and interaction, as we would in any classroom setting, using waves of the hand, or using Zoom's inbuilt features. Most trainers discourage the use of the Chat function to ask questions as it interrupts the flow of presentations.
WILL GROUP WORK BE A PART OF THE ZOOM WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE?
No. This workshop is all online and will not be suitable for interaction between the group attendees. The tutor will be providing all the necessary information as in a classroom / workshop type setting.
WILL THE CONTENTS OF THE WORKSHOP BE THE SAME EACH DAY?
No. To accommodate the online learning environment, we are delivering the first half of the workshop over a 5-hour period on day one, and the second half over a 5-hour period on day two. The times will be from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm each day.
WILL I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATION AFTER THE ZOOM WORKSHOP?
No, the zoom workshop only covers foundation level one. You will receive a diploma certification after fully completing the advanced online diploma training course which covers levels 1, 2, & 3, that enables you to become a fully qualified professional practitioner.
WHAT LEVEL IS THE SOUND HEALING ZOOM WORKSHOP?
The workshop itself is Sound Healing Training Foundation Level One. Day one is an introduction as a beginner to sound healing instruments plus what you need to learn to apply sound healing as a therapy. Day two will be focusing on how sound healing can be applied for self-healing, working with family or friends, or working one-to-one with clients in a therapy situation, and how to facilitate group healing sessions and sound bath sessions. (You also receive the advanced levels 1, 2, & 3, Online Sound Healing Diploma Course within 12 hours of completing the zoom workshop.
WHAT LEVEL IS THE BIO ENERGY HEALING ZOOM WORKSHOP?
The workshop itself is Bio Energy Healing Training Foundation Level One. Day one is an introduction as a beginner to bio energy healing plus what you need to learn to apply energy healing as a therapy. Day two will be focusing on how bio energy healing can be applied for self-healing, working with family or friends, working one-to-one with clients in a therapy situation, and how to set up your own professional practice. (You also receive the advanced levels 1, 2, & 3, Online Bio Energy Healing Diploma Course within 12 hours of completing the zoom workshop.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THIS ZOOM WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED?
The Oisin Healing School / heal.ie reserves the right to cancel or postpone events at short notice at no loss or liability where, in its discretion, it deems this necessary. Oisin Healing School / heal.ie will issue a 100% refund should it be necessary to cancel the zoom workshop
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ZOOM WORKSHOP BOOKING?
A refund will be issued if formal notice of cancellation is received at least 72 hours in advance of the zoom workshop course start date. We regret that no refunds will be issued for cancellations after attending 50% of the workshop.
ONLINE DIPLOMA COURSE FAQ's
HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE ACCESS TO MY ONLINE DIPLOMA COURSE?
You will receive access to your online diploma training course at the end of the day two zoom workshop. You will be emailed your username and password and link to our online learning centre, which is valid for 365 days and accessible 24/7. If required, the course time can be extended for a further 12 months for a nominal admin fee.
IS THE ONLINE DIPLOMA TRAINING COURSE RECOGNISED INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Our advanced levels 1, 2, & 3 online sound healing diploma course and the advanced levels 1, 2, & 3 bio energy healing diploma course are both insurable and internationally recognised, allowing you to become a professional healing practitioner.
WILL THE ONLINE DIPLOMA COURSE BE AVAILABLE ON ALL MY DEVICES?
Yes, the course is available on all the devices; computers, laptops, tablets, phones.
THESE ARE HANDS-ON THERAPIES, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEARN ONLINE?
You can learn all the healing methods, techniques and applications by watching and observing all the tutor-led guided practical demonstration training videos. This is our unique training method, and a major advantage of our 4 healing training courses. Every method, movement and every application has been filmed professionally and is presented by our highly skilled training tutors in a similar format to our highly successful live training workshops. Simply watch and practice what you observe.
HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY CERTIFIED DIPLOMA?
As soon as you have completed the online training course which concludes with a short 10 question test, you will be granted your diploma, which you can download and print. (It is also automatically sent to your email address.)
DO I HAVE ON-GOING SUPPORT WITH THE ONLINE COURSE?
Yes. Our support team provide 24/7 backup via email, text or phone and on-going help and assistance when required.
