The “MIND-CALMER” was developed and designed by therapists at the Oisin Centre of Natural Healing. This centre is situated on an ancient druidic site on The Hill of Uisneach.  Each one is cleared, charged and programmed at the ancient standing stone.

The purpose of the “MIND-CALMER” is to calm and still the mind… releasing the issues that can end up in the tissues… if they are not dealt with. The physical body responds to the emotional stimuli. Stop the stress before it registers in the physical body. Stop the racing of the mind.

The “MIND-CALMER” also works on the physical body by using the left hand which is controlled by the right side of the brain.  The thumb of the left hand is rotated anti-clockwise on the center circle of the  “MIND-CALMER”. The affect is seen to be suspending  time, being in the moment, and not allowing the logical side of the brain to go off in tangents of worry and anxiety etc., about things that have not yet happened. It allows us to get in touch with our feelings on particular issues or traumas.

There is no logic to a feeling, so it allows us that space to feel that feeling.
