4 Simple Qi-Gong Exercises

Qi-Gong: Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Bend your knees slightly. Feel and sense the energy all around you. Step 1. Gather up all that cosmic energy each side of your body. As you exhale allow that energy to flow down your body through all your chakras. Feel this energy flowing down at the front and back of your body. Step 2. Reach out your hands to the North, South, East and West gather up the energy releasing into your heart chakra. Step 3. Swim in this sea of energy that surrounds you. Step 4.  Allow the cosmic energy to enter your body through the solar plexus chakra.
